Payment Data

We do not store complete financial credentials or credit card details on our servers. All subscription payments, billing processing, and transaction records are securely processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We store the tracking logs, notes, and child activity data you input into the platform securely in the cloud to sync across your signed-in devices.

• Free / Trial plan: Standard log storage and basic sleep tracking features across connected devices.
• Monthly Premium plan: Continuous cloud backup, expanded history storage, and AI-driven personalized sleep schedules.
• Annual Premium plan: Full access to long-term trend analysis, complete log history, and premium AI recommendations.

Your child's logs and activity data are treated as private operational content and are never published publicly or shared with advertisers.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

When accessing our website or web-based components, we use session tokens and local browser storage to ensure seamless platform operation:

• Session cookie: Maintains active user authentication sessions and keeps you signed in securely.

Cocoo is designed for parents and adult caregivers to track infant and child sleep routines. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All data concerning a child must be submitted and managed solely by a parent or authorized legal guardian.
